

So tried again, and the service provider provided me with a fake address this time for an empty warehouse and didn't respond when I called. Trust in site at this point was already at zero considering they haven't vetted their offers however they refused to refund the money.

Contacted Groupon to get my money refunded for both and was told they could only refund in bucks to be spent on their site. Then I traded these bucks for another skin care service provider, who didn't contact me back for three weeks finally she said to contact Groupon for a refund. When I tried to get a refund for the first owner, Groupon would only allow me to trade the money spent for "bucks" to use in their app, no refund.

There have been three fraudulent offers posted to Groupon that were for the same type of service business.
